Meditation can be define as the enjoyment you do it by yourself. Best part of it is only for you not for another person or another thing. Meditation is only the where you have to do it by you own no one is coming for you to do it. THE best part it no corruption, money nothing needed the essential thing is only presence of your mind and your time you feel at the time of the meditation all you have to do is concentrate on what u think , think it deeper as you can. Here the time you giving it to only only person that is you. This moment is only your's no one is going to take it from you enjoy it feel it make it more respective more attractive to your mind, It feels somewhat weird when you are in your mind, mind will not allow you to get into it , it will distract you by you own thoughts smilier as we try to study and mind start its work bringing kind of past thoughts, making future, explaining your present, Making to super hero at the time of concentration, It's not problem of you mind it's only you who haven't given a thing to a mind play with it, it actually finds its own thing to play and the thing is you mind started playing with you.
MIND is monkey you have to give something to play. Otherwise it's going to use you as its toy, Give it a work to do, make it busy doing its own work. IT will take time when you thoughts are with you. MEDITATION IS giving yourself time, bring it peace in you life mind. Make it presence of art feel. Which is going to bring you in an another dimension another universe. A true dream world which is going to make you real person at stage of life. Relationship between you and your mind. WHY we are busy making other relation with another mind another person just waste of time. Think to make other happy first off all make your self happy. Feel your own company create you own live stage of drama you the author you the director you the one who enjoy make change as you want not as others want you to change for them. Meditate and try to enjoy your self. I FEEL everyone is an ARTIST only you have to find it in your self art of being you.
BE nice with your future not with your past. It doesn't matter the past is good or bad, it will do it's work and make you feel bad and sad. Memories we make to be happy in future but memories are that times present that is not today. All can be vanished by after knowing you self when you came to know about you it will make you feel very happy. It is going to make your every day happy and past will automatically become happy past all you did is your are with you not other soul.
